3 MORE USEFUL TOOLS added

Greetings ~

I have created a small visual PACK which contains the following items:

1. - DDS Converter
2. - DDS Viewer (Nvida dependant)
3. - Sage Thumbs Viewer

They have been added to the - useful tools - page

These are primarily to be downloaded by those who skin and are learning to skin,
just follow the prompts in order to install them
